Product Assembly position is primarily in the operations workflow. A Product Assembler is responsible for accurate and efficient assembly of kits, components, and machines to meet the order fulfillment schedule. Product Assembly is directed by Finished Goods Workflow and may be assigned a variety of tasks to support operations schedule.

  • Read MO (Manufacturing Orders) to identify, gather, and arrange components
  • Execute MO operations according to print including tack, weld, torch, and clean
  • Complete MO paperwork including quality check and count
  • Review all outgoing products as Quality Check vs print
  • Complete all required paperwork for inventory movement
  • Maintain, organize, and clean all paint tools and workflow area
  • Safely operate weld machine, torch, grinder, lift, forklift, and pallet jack
  • Other duties as assigned in support of operations
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must be able to stand for long periods of time
  • Able to lift up to 75 lbs
  • Be able to read, write and understand English
  • Must possess a basic knowledge of print reading, measurements and welding symbols to ensure that parts are produced correctly.
  • Must possess a mechanical aptitude to perform Maintenance type duties, i.e. Changing compressor oil/filters and servicing various pieces of equipment in the shop and noticing when a machine or piece of equipment is not operating in a normal condition.
  • Willing and able to work in a fast paced environment, seeking quick learner
    Previous welding experience (preferred)
  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • B – Entry position working under general supervision. Executing standard procedures in production.
  • A – Achieved high level of workmanship, efficiency, and quality. Complex assignments with minimal supervision. Self-starter & Team leader.
  • Specialist – Expert in position and role. Multi-task and coordinate, accountable for quality. Performs specialty work including prototype / R &D or Inventory audit.

Work Location: Pine Bluff, AR
Pay Frequency: Bi weekly or Twice monthly
